This is an outreach ministry organized
and established under the guidance of Evangelist Margaret
Kiel in 1983. The goal and sole purpose of this ministry is to reach
out to the hurting, hopeless, homeless, and misfortunate. Each year hundreds of
lives are touched by the generosity of others through donoations of food, toys,
clothing, and various household necessities. Many residents of the East Texas area,
seeking relief, turn to this ministry for help.
The Helping Hand Outreach Ministry
also sponsors an annual Christmas Give-A-way the third Saturday of December. One
of its goals is to provide necessary items as well as fulfill the hopes of needy
children who desire that special gift during the holiday season. We're thankful
for merchants, companies, and vlunteers that have made contributions to keep this
dream alive.
As a tax-exempt organization,
